At Globetek we recognise that our Client’s customers are demanding more and more in terms of “can this person do the job” whilst taking part in any project.
To this end Globetek always carries out the necessary checks to ensure that the workers supplied are supplied with;
1. A current and up to date CV
2. Valid certificates of qualification
3. Valid site safety card (this is then checked with issuing authority)
4. A reference is taken and in some cases 2 and It is only when all required paperwork is received that the worker is offered a position on the project. All documentation is recorded, filed and available to our clients to audit or view.
Eligibility to Work
All employers in the UK are legally bound to comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. All workers or staff recruited by Globetek Ltd (including UK nationals) are required to provide evidence that they are legally able to work in the UK. Before any worker commences in a new role they must provide Globetek with the necessary original document.
Examples of accepted documents are;
Driving Licenses are not proof of being eligible to work in the UK and are not accepted.
