Our client is a well-managed Group, which includes engineering and construction companies providing services in the design and construction of systems and modernization of power facilities in industry and renewable energy. Due to the further development of the company, we are recruiting for the position of Commercial Director - Electrical Power Engineering

 

Range of services:

•        Traction substations

•        Energy stations

•        Power extraction from photovoltaic farms

•        Reconstruction of conflicts on LV, MV and HV lines

•        Connections to industrial and cubature buildings

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing the company's sales strategy and achieving growth goals in the construction and energy sectors. This role includes responsibility for the order portfolio, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring high-quality standards within the company.

Job Title: Commercial Director

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Reports to: President of the Management Board

Responsibilities:

•        Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company growth goals in the construction and energy sectors.

•        Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

•        Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

•        Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

•        Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the rail, distribution, and industrial energy sectors.

•        Representing the company in commercial contacts with potential customers.

•        Collaboration with project management teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.

•        Supervision over the preparation of design offers, contracts, and negotiations with clients.

•        Developing and managing the sales budget, forecasting, and financial planning.

•        Monitoring sales results and regular reporting to senior management.

•        Ensuring that all sales activities are consistent with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

•        Staying abreast of relevant industry standards, regulations, and technological advances.

Requirements:

•        Experience in successfully obtaining contracts for construction and power engineering works

•        Very good relationships with clients from the renewable energy, industrial, and distribution sectors

•        Experience in coordinating the process of submitting offers and negotiating construction contracts in the field of electricity

•        Higher, technical education
