Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee quality testing and inspection tasks according to Inspection and Test Plans for all project packages.
- Support project quality resources by facilitating the delivery of necessary materials.
- Organize and track the completion of as-built documentation for each package.
- Review and report on inspection invoices and expenses to the Project Quality Manager.
- Identify and assign inspectors for test and audit activities based on inspection notifications.
- Prepare and assess inspection reports for all project inspections.
- Address feedback from quality audits, kick-off meetings, and supplier inspection reports.
- Clearly communicate quality requirements to all contractors, including subcontractors and self-employed contractors.
- Identify and propose opportunities to enhance the quality of work.
Requirements:
- A background of min. 5 years in quality management
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Fluent Polish
- Offshore experience is a plus
