Administration & Logistics Manager (f/m) jest odpowiedzialny/a za nadzór nad wszystkimi operacjami administracyjnymi i logistycznymi w ramach projektu rafineryjnego.
Rola ta zapewnia sprawne funkcjonowanie administracji biurowej, planowanie logistyki, organizację transportu oraz przepływu materiałów i sprzętu, a także zgodność działań z politykami projektowymi, przepisami bezpieczeństwa oraz standardami rafineryjnymi.
Lokalizacja: Antwerpia (praca na rotacji)
Opis stanowiska:
Administration Responsibilities:
- Oversee all office administration activities, including correspondence, filing, record keeping, and office facilities management.
- Manage project support services, such as travel arrangements, visas, accommodations, and employee onboarding.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting to project management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations and workflow.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures across the project site.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for payroll, contracts, and compliance matters.
Logistics Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise transportation, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure timely procurement, movement, and tracking of project materials from vendors to site.
- Coordinate with material managers, procurement, and construction teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain vehicle fleets, equipment tracking, and site mobility in line with project requirements.
- Ensure HSE compliance in all logistics and administrative operations.
- Prepare logistics reports, material movement records, and inventory updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in administration and logistics management, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation management, procurement coordination, and administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with refinery project operations, HSE regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and project management software.
