Join one of the most strategic offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea region.
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the integration and execution of communication, SCADA, and cybersecurity systems across multiple packages of the offshore wind farm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate telecoms systems integration (TETRA, 4G, fiber optics) across packages.
- Lead cyber risk assessments and documentation reviews in coordination with the client’s cybersecurity team.
- Support FAT/SAT processes and prepare associated reports.
- Supervise integration of radar, weather stations, navigational aids, ICCP, and auxiliary communication systems.
- Act as technical interface between SCADA, LV, and telecom teams.
- Collaborate with national stakeholders (e.g. Ministry of Defense) on project security systems.
- Assist in SCADA design review, procurement and system integration.
- Support all EPCI packages from design through commissioning.
What we’re looking for:
- M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in offshore wind or large infrastructure projects.
- Proven knowledge of SCADA systems, communication networks, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, HAT and documentation compliance.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in an international project environment.
- Fluent English (Polish not required, but welcome).
