Material Manager (f/m) odpowiada za zarządzanie wszystkimi aspektami związanymi z zakupem materiałów, ich magazynowaniem oraz logistyką w ramach projektu rafineryjnego.
Rola ta zapewnia terminową dostępność materiałów i urządzeń, kontrolę kosztów oraz zgodność z wymaganiami projektu, klienta i standardami obowiązującymi w rafinerii. Ściśle współpracuje z zespołami procurementu, budowy, inżynierii oraz zarządzania projektem, aby wspierać sprawną i efektywną realizację projektu.

Opis stanowiska:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage procurement and supply of materials, equipment, and tools for the refinery project.
- Maintain material inventory, ensuring availability, accuracy, and compliance with project schedules.
- Coordinate material delivery, storage, handling, and transportation, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Prepare and monitor material requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with refinery codes, project specifications, HSE regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control material costs, budgets, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure materials meet technical requirements.
- Develop and implement material management procedures and systems for efficient tracking, reporting, and auditing.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, delays, or quality discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all materials and equipment.
- Supervise and lead the material management team, including warehouse staff, storekeepers, and logistics personnel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in material management, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, material control, and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with refinery standards, codes, and HSE regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MS Office, and material tracking software.
