Planning Engineer (f/m) jest odpowiedzialny/a za opracowywanie, monitorowanie i kontrolowanie harmonogramów projektowych w celu zapewnienia terminowej realizacji działań w projekcie rafineryjnym.
Rola obejmuje ścisłą współpracę z zespołami inżynieryjnymi, zakupowymi, budowlanymi oraz commissioningowymi w zakresie planowania, śledzenia i raportowania postępów projektu, a także identyfikowania i minimalizowania potencjalnych opóźnień.
Lokalizacja: Antwerpia (praca na rotacji)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to collect progress data and update schedules.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure on-time execution.
- Identify schedule risks and delays, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and project dashboards for management and client review.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project execution.
- Maintain documented baseline schedules, updates, and approved revisions.
- Participate in project meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews.
- Support project controls, cost tracking, and interface management related to scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, refinery standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling techniques, and project control processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office, and project management software.
- Understanding of project execution processes, refinery construction, and commissioning.
