QA/QC Inspector (f/m) to rola odpowiedzialna za monitorowanie, kontrolę oraz weryfikację wszystkich działań projektowych, materiałów i jakości wykonania prac w celu zapewnienia zgodności z obowiązującymi standardami jakości, specyfikacjami projektowymi oraz normami rafineryjnymi.
Rola ta wspiera zespół QA/QC poprzez przeprowadzanie inspekcji, dokumentowanie ustaleń oraz nadzorowanie wdrażania działań korygujących w ramach realizowanego projektu rafineryjnego.

Opis stanowiska:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and fabrication activities, including welding, piping, structural, and electrical components.
- Verify and review material certificates, test reports, welding procedures, and vendor documents.
- Perform and document non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections, dimensional checks, and other required tests.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAR/PAR) are implemented.
- Assist in the preparation of inspection and test reports (ITRs) and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to refinery codes, client specifications, HSE, and safety requirements during all inspection activities.
- Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inspection records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Familiarity with refinery codes, ASME, API, ASTM, ISO standards, and client-specific QA/QC requirements.
- Experience with welding inspection, NDT, dimensional checks, and material testing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QA/QC documentation, and reporting tools.
- Polish native, English B2
