Technical Officer (f/m) zapewnia wsparcie techniczne i inżynieryjne przy realizacji projektu rafineryjnego, dbając o prawidłowe przygotowanie, weryfikację oraz aktualizację dokumentacji technicznej, rysunków i specyfikacji.
Stanowisko to wspiera sprawną komunikację i koordynację pomiędzy zespołami inżynieryjnymi, zakupowymi oraz wykonawczymi, jednocześnie zapewniając zgodność z normami obowiązującymi w branży rafineryjnej, odpowiednimi przepisami oraz wymaganiami w zakresie BHP.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain engineering drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Assist in technical coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Support document control, ensuring proper filing, revision tracking, approvals, and distribution of technical information in compliance with refinery standards.
- Assist in material take-offs, technical reports, and submissions for client approval.
- Monitor technical progress, highlighting discrepancies, potential issues, or non-compliance to senior engineers.
- Participate in site inspections and technical audits, documenting observations and reporting findings.
- Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and clarifications.
- Ensure adherence to refinery codes, client specifications, and HSE requirements in all technical activities.
- Maintain and update technical databases and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a technical support role, preferably on refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, refinery documentation standards, and process specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SmartPlant, MS Office, and document management systems.
- Polish native, English B2
