The client is a Norwegian engineering company involved in oil rig services projects in the Norwegian Sea.
Our task is to support the organization of multi-discipline project teams, preparing technical documentation for the Norwegian principal.
On Globetek’s part, the service is performed by a team consisting of a senior and two researchers. Its task is to search the market in depth to find designers with experience in the petrochemical construction industry with experience working for or with Norwegian clients, using appropriate software and communicating in English at an advanced level.
Our search includes the Polish market and foreign markets, mainly German, British, Norwegian, Romanian and Czech. Our targets are consulting companies, design offices and petrochemical operators with design or investment preparation departments.

Our responsibilities include providing designers with appropriate computer and office equipment (in the case of remote work), arranging accommodation and business trips, and payroll.
