In 2015, as part of a long-standing cooperation, we began the process of completing the staff for a client – the General Contractor of the investment – for a project to build two 905MW units in Opole.
As part of the progress of construction work in 2017, the company asked us to provide staff support for the ECS mechanical assembly scope. The contractor – whom we designated – passed the recruitment process and quickly joined the project team.
In the following weeks, we received further requests for support for, among others, the scopes of instrumentation, piping, and construction.
The quality and form of cooperation resulted in the expansion of its scope and support of subsequent construction stages and the design office, among others, in the design of pipelines, general construction and mechanical parts, as well as cells responsible for quality, documentation or scheduling.
At the commissioning stage, we successfully provided support for the strategic scopes of the project by completing a commissioning team that successfully launched the facility. We obtained references from the General Contractor for this.
As part of the project, we supported the construction with dozens of external contractors from 2017 until the facility was handed over to the investor in 2019. Then – once the work was completed – inspectors delegated by us carried out the troubleshooting work and secured the facility during the warranty period until the very end in 2021.
