In September 2020, the General Contractor asked us to support the project to modernize the electrostatic precipitators of six power units of the Połaniec power plant.
The project needed the support of experienced people to improve the efficiency and quality of work on the project.
During the period from September 2020 until handover and the ongoing warranty period, we have engaged 30 people directly on site in the General Contractor’s team in the following positions:
- Site Manager (Polish law)
- Engineering STO
- Site Administrator
- Site Contract Manager
- Site Document Controller
- Site EHS Manager
- Site EHS Supervisor
- Site EHS Assistant
- Material Handling Manager
- Site Quality Manager
- Site Quality Engineer
- Overall Construction Manager
- Construction Manager – Civil
- Mechanical Supervisor
- Construction Manager – Electrical
- Electrical Supervisor
At the startup stage, we were asked to form a startup team. It consisted of the following people:
- Commissioning & Operation Manager
- Commissioning Permit to Work Engineer
- Commissioning Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, I&C, System Engineer).
- Warranty On-site Engineer
Once the installation and commissioning work was completed, our team was assigned to provide warranty service and manage the repair and shutdown work, as well as complete the project’s quality and contractual documentation.
