What is contracting?

It is a service of providing the client with specialists (freelancers or employed by Globetek) to perform a certain scope of work within a certain period of time.

As part of the contracting service, we can engage individuals to perform designated tasks as well as teams to perform entire scopes or projects, for example:

  • startup groups (more in -> commissioning teams)
  • multi-branch project teams (more -> plant engineering)

Contracting is a flexible service that we can easily adapt to the needs of the client. Thus, in its final version, it may differ in the complexity of the process and our responsibility for the execution of the order.

For example:

We handle the full process including search, selection, mobilization and care and support for the contractor (including work tools, protective clothing, organization of accommodation, business travel, car, financial and accounting support) we handle the mobilization of the contractors indicated by the Client and administrative and financial issues (more in -> payroll)
