The Offshore Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating offshore construction operations, ensuring compliance with HSSE procedures and project regulations. The role involves daily collaboration with installation teams, package managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of offshore construction works. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising technical and administrative personnel and coordinating project communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project compliance with legal regulations, corporate standards, and HSSE requirements.
- Coordination and supervision of offshore construction, installation, marine transport, and personnel logistics.
- Implementation and enforcement of work authorization, handover, and asset management procedures.
- Manage offshore personnel, including site technicians, administrators, and marine coordination staff.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and resolve operational issues.
- Organize and lead weekly progress and interface meetings between project packages.
- Develop and implement offshore site management procedures and report project progress.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of project communication systems.
- Prepare and participate in contractor onboarding and kick-off meetings.
- Manage the consolidated punch list and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure offshore works comply with regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering (preferred fields: marine, civil, mechanical, or related).
- Min 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in offshore wind farm projects.
- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in offshore construction.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, work authorization, and offshore operations regulations.
- Strong team management and coordination skills in a dynamic project environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
