Responsibilities:
during construction / Pre-Handover
- Monitor the status of as-built documentation for each package (submitted, pending) and maintain an updated Master Document Register in coordination with the Document Control team and Document Management System (DMS).
- Ensure that submitted documents meet the Employer Requirements for the Reference Designation System for Power Plants (RDSPP).
- O&M coordination
- FAT, HAT, SAT participation
- Develop and document the handover process, ensuring alignment across all workstreams regarding handover requirements.
- Facilitate the transfer of all information from Lautec, including findings, the history of open points, and inspection reports, into a centralized system.
- Provide detailed guidance to site inspectors on asset handover requirements as per contractual obligations.
during operations
- Conduct supplier audits (covering vessels, wind turbine generators (WTG), Balance of Plant (BoP), etc.) during operational phases.
- Review and validate Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for unscheduled maintenance activities or special campaigns (repairs, refurbishments, component exchanges, etc.), ensuring proper implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Document non-conformities and develop preventive measures based on failure analysis to improve operational performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management in major infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with O&M in offshore wind projects.
