Tasks:
- Be permanently stationed at the pre-assembly yard to oversee and witness all activities.
- Participate in observing yard operations and testing processes.
- Delegate tasks to the company’s supervisors to ensure the mechanical installation and testing scope is adequately witnessed by the Employer.
- Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and procedures provided by the supplier.
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the company’s Commissioning Manager and OSS Package Manager.
- Actively contribute to project progress evaluation and propose early mitigation measures for any arising issues.
- Ensure all commissioning activities are properly documented.
- Verify compliance with specifications and engineering standards.
- Offer forecasts of upcoming activities to the commissioning team, emphasizing critical milestones.
- Coordinate site commissioning meetings with CON.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and oversee punch list closure activities effectively.
- Represent OSS commissioning during broader project meetings.
- Provide on-the-job training to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel.
- Serve as the primary contact for the company’s Electrical Safety Manager.
- Actively participate in the rollout of the company’s WESR.
- Coordinate third-party activities on the OSS.
- Plan integration testing with WTG/ONS O&M teams.
- Ensure timely provision of documentation essential for TSO approvals.

- Represent the company at the OSS Fabrication Yard in Aalborg.
- Serve as a role model, demonstrating high standards of work and safety.
- Ensure compliance with project safety rules and regulations.
- Oversee the overall commissioning planning for two OSS platforms, aligning with the agreed construction schedule.
- Supervise commissioning engineer’s supervisors, and client representatives at the yard.
- Verify the achievement of critical milestones, including SAT, mechanical completion, and others.
- Manage and coordinate interfaces to third-party equipment.
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar, in electrical engineering/power systems engineering
- Minimum 5 years or relevant experience in offshore operations
