LOCATION
- Warsaw (hybrid model of work)
POSITION GOAL
- The main objective will be to coordinate processes leading to promoting and developing future wind and solar power plants. Part of the responsibilities will be to identify suitable geographical locations, negotiate land lease agreements, and manage the permitting process.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, including landowners, governmental bodies, and other external partners, as well as managing codevelopers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In summary, the key responsibilities of the person in this position include:
- Developing business plans and identifying suitable locations for wind and solar farm construction.
- Collaborating with the Development Team to coordinate the whole process.
- Managing the permitting process for wind and solar projects.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with developers and other industry companies.
- Searching for new and significant locations through personal research and collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
- Collaborating with local communities and governmental bodies to promote and approve projects.
- Supporting M&A processes, project financing, and asset rotation.
- Coordinating projects during their construction and operation phases, including providing support and ensuring local and regional knowledge.
- The person in this position will be a key player in executing the company's renewable energy business plan, operating autonomously from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and community support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education degree,
- Knowledge of the process of renewable energy project development and construction;
- Familiarity with the wind and photovoltaic farm market,
- Analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve set goals.
- High-level communication skills;
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in the English language.
