We are looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to manage the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) commissioning package. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating wind turbine commissioning activities, supervising the engineering team and supporting the process of taking over the installation from the contractor and commissioning it.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the handover process and verifying as-built documentation for the WTG package.
- Coordinating mechanical and electrical commissioning and the final installation of WTG turbines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high work standards.
- Collaborating with the client, OCM managers, and subcontractors in planning and executing the construction schedule.
- Monitoring progress and reporting results, including confirming key milestones.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: electrical engineering, energy engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in WTG commissioning or similar energy systems.
- Experience in managing commissioning processes and wind turbine handovers.
- Knowledge of quality standards, technical regulations, and safety procedures in renewable energy.
- Strong organizational and team management skills, with fluency in English.
