Commissioning Engineer (for OSS and WTGs)
Contract (April 2026 until the end of 2026 or until the end of the project)
Location: Poland
Rotation: 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

Role Overview
Responsible for coordinating final testing, system validation and energisation of offshore substations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop energisation sequences
- Coordinate with SAP and the grid operator
- Review protection settings and relay configuration
- Supervise functional and integrated system testing
- Manage the punch list prior to energisation
- Lead first power-on procedures
Requirements
- 7+ years in HV commissioning
- Experience with offshore substations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of protection systems and relay logic
- Experience with grid synchronisation
- Excellent coordination skills
- Offshore certification (GWO / MEDICAL)
- Fluent English
- Polish is an advantage
