Commissioning Manager (Offshore Wind / HV)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the commissioning scope across onshore and offshore assets
- Define and oversee commissioning strategy, procedures, and schedules
- Supervise and review commissioning activities performed by contractors
- Ensure compliance with grid requirements, project specifications, and HSE standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces (electrical, telecom, SCADA, mechanical)
- Act as key interface with:
EPC contractors
grid operator (TSO)
internal project stakeholders
- Oversee FAT/SAT processes, energisation and system integration
- Monitor progress, risks, and quality of commissioning deliverables
- Support project handover to operations
Requirements:
- Experience in commissioning management within HV / offshore wind / substation projects
- Strong understanding of grid compliance and energisation processes
- Experience in overseeing contractor activities
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with commissioning standards and documentation
- Very good English
