Responsbilities:
- Managing and administering project documentation (receiving, registering and handing over) in accordance with the accepted document flow
- Ensuring all the requirements regarding project documentation are met
- Collaboration with different departments in order to prepare and send the documentation outside the organization
- Ensuring documents are proof-read and delivered on time
- Document registering and archiving in software used in the project
- Keeping document changes register
- Converting paper documents into electronic format
- Making back-ups of the documentation
- Drafting reports for project management
- Other ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Advanced user of the following applications: MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Languages: English - Advance level, spoken and written
- Good communication with other team members and other department staff
- Customer service attitude
