Responsibilities:
- Receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines.
- In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects.
- Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service.
- Prepare all documents required for shipping and recieving equipment.
- Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action.
- Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is made ready for mobilization to include but not limited to, calibration, cleanliness, organization, and function.
- Keep warehouse and attached suite in clean, orderly, well kept state for efficient and safe operations.
- Maintain ALL documentation regarding equipment status including but not limited to Certification, Calibration, Usage history, etc... as required by law, procedure and best practice.
- Collection of equipment/materials from external locations in and around Gdansk area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Degree in logistics or mechanical engineering
- Experience working in project-based, industrial, offshore, or technical environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory control, and documentation processes (shipping, certification, calibration records).
- Valid driving license (category B) required; forklift or other warehouse equipment certifications are a strong plus.
- Knowledge of English - very good
