The Mechanical Engineer will oversee technical project delivery including reviewing tender documentation, selection of plant and materials and submittals, coordination of the services, and oversight of the production of coordinated drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Manage relevant client communications.
- Coordinate work with contractors to ensure services fit together.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
- Complete all HVAC deliverables within project and safety criteria.
- Communicate with the project team to sequence pipework installation to meet scheduled dates.
- Assess and manage the project commercially to validate the project on handover from estimating, and proceed through to entire technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with documenting and costing changes to the work scopes and preparing the monthly valuations and final accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Excellent English proficiency (B2).
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.
- Design management experience is essential.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
- EU work permit/passport.
