We are looking for an experienced Piping Stress Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting static and dynamic pipe stress analysis and collaborating with design engineers to ensure safe and cost-effective piping designs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform pipe stress analysis (static and dynamic) and conduct related engineering calculations.
- Evaluate equipment nozzle loads and assess their impact on the integrity of the system.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers regarding plant layout, pipe routing, and selection and configuration of pipe supports.
- Prepare pipe stress reports, including stress isometrics (stress iso).
- Create and maintain the Stress Critical Line List.
- Participate in the complete documentation workflow to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review and approve pipe stress analyses developed by external engineering partners and skid suppliers.
- Ensure the design is both cost-effective and meets safety requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external engineering partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the pipe stress expert in meetings with third-party entities, clients, and safety workshops.
Requierments
- Experience in pipe stress analysis (static and dynamic) within the oil & gas, power generation, or similar industries
- Experience in preparing and reviewing pipe stress reports and stress isometrics
- Proficiency in pipe stress analysis software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, ROHR2, etc.
- Experience with 3D modeling tools like PDMS/E3D, or SmartPlant 3D is a plus.
- Polish and proficient (min. B2) English knowledge
