Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the dedicated software for materials management system at the site using MARIAN.
- Collect all documents and certifications regarding the arrival of materials at the site and ensure accurate recording of their movements.
- Interface and implement MARIAN at the site, maintaining and updating the SPMAT Database.
- Conduct feasibility analysis using company software systems.
- Receive materials and issue Material Receiving Reports (MRR) in the database, update inventory records, and generate inventory reports.
- Conduct piping feasibility analysis and provide reports as required.
- Generate Forecast and Reservation Reports for the construction team.
- Create and issue Material Transfer Reports (MTR) to facilitate the movement of materials between warehouses in SPMAT.
- Prepare Material Issue Reports (MIR) based on requisitions from the construction team and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with construction supervision to provide information on material availability and estimated delivery dates.
- Maintain records of material handling activities using corporate software systems.
- Track surplus materials for potential sale at the project's conclusion.
Expectations:
- Relevant experience in construction/modernization of large petrochemical plants/EPC.
- Proficiency in SPMAT (Marian) is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant discipline.
